Easter Sunday was different this year. The kids got up and saw their Easter baskets and we just hung out at home. We did got to the later church service and Grammy stayed out with Luke and we did go to the Grandia's for a little while, but mostly it was just a time we relaxed. I thought a lot about Jesus and the scarifies he gave. I thought a lot about our kids and how much we have come through as a family. The difference a year makes is incredible and our family is closer than ever. Days of relaxation and pondering are good, especially on holidays that celebrate never ending life in Heaven.
