I am embarrassed to report that Jake had not been to the dentist for a check up since he was one, and was way over due. The last couple of weeks ha had been complaining that his tooth was hurting, so Rob finally took him in. We were so afraid of a major melt-down and lack of cooperation, but Jake surprised us. Unfortunately the tooth was not such good news. Turns out he has an infection and needs the tooth pulled. Next, step is battling the insurance to see what they will cover. I doubt Jake will be so cheerful at his next appointment.
