Because of Luke's seizures, he has slept with us since birth. In order to keep him from rolling of the bed, we put a couch next to our bed. Luke is such a restless sleeper and and tosser and turner that he will often sleep sitting up with the couch supporting him. We did just get him a mattress for his own bed, but I am reluctant to let him out of my sight. Our CA King is starting to fill more and more like a small twin, and we often end up with all three kids in our bed by the time we get up. Because of the asthma and pneumonia, I also like to check Luke's breathing during the night. We are on the road to transitioning him to his own bed, it is just going to be a really, really slow journey.
