Rylee worked so hard last year to get up to grade level. I was so proud of her commitment and determination, but worried about those darn state test. As a teacher I don't put a lot of weight on the results, but was anxious to see how well Ry would do. When they finally came in I was so happy and proud of how well she did. Rylee was proficient in Math and Language Arts. And the most surprising part was she was only 9 points short of advanced in LA. The results showed how completely, incredibly much Ry grew. Like I said, I don't put a lot of weight on test scores, but it is nice to have all Ry's hard work from last year validated. I am an extremely proud mom right now.
