Rob and I decided to continue the Black Friday tradition and shop, shop, shop. Money is super tight this year, so we were determined to get some good deals to stretch a little bit. Toys-R-Us opened at midnight, so my parents let the kids spend the night and Rob and I headed out. We were at the store by 10:30, but didn't get in line until 11:30, which probably wasn't the smartest move. It was crazy busy. The fun part is that Rob and I don't care. The craziness comes with Black Friday, so it is a day that we get to go with the flow. We went to Toys-R-Us, Target and Old Navy before coming home and taking a nap. We picked Jake up and dropped him off with Rob's parents, and my parents kept the other two until 3. It was great, we slept, unloaded the car and went to lunch before picking up the kids. The day ended with a trip to Sam's club and a beautiful sunset. I must admit, I am tired but grateful for another incredible day.
