Today was a humbling day for me. It was the first time we participated in the TS walk-a-thon to raise money for the TS Alliance. When all was said and done we had 31 people walking and raised $7,000.00, and the walk-a-thon in all raised over $100,000.00. Sometimes when dealing with TS, I feel so helpless. My kids suffer, they have issues that I cannot help them with, so being able to walk and raise money for a cure gave me some much needed power.
Through it all my parents have been a constant support. Over the last 8 years they have stood by our side and love and helped us through some of the darkest days. I was so grateful to have them by our side today.
These are the people that stood beside us and showed us their support and love. Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!! I am so beyond humbled and blessed to have you ALL in my life.
