Friday after the training I picked up Jake and went out for Staci's birthday. It was a good time of just hanging out with the family. I was a little grouchy going in (from rushing and being tired), but being with my family perked me right up.
Saturday was Hannah's first softball game. Once again I can't say enough how proud I am of her. She is playing catcher and doing an amazing job. She is on a good team with a great coach. He is really working on the fundamentals and it shows. They won the game! That night I went to church with my mom to see my dad in "Hands Across the Border." He just got back and has so many amazing stories. My parents are two more people I am super proud of.
Then yesterday, we stayed at home and relaxed. After oversleeping (thanks to the time change), Rob went to the second church service with my mom, while I stayed home with the kids. We went to my parents for a little while but really just relaxed and watched "House" all day.
Today began and we were woke up by Jake's bus. The time change got us again and I had to admit to the bus driver we over slept. Rob took Luke with him to take Jake to school, while I took Ry. I am going to be leaving in a few to volunteer in Ry's class, then Target, then meeting a couple friends in Victoria Gardens. I love being home with my family and am really looking forward to the next few weeks! :-)
