Because of the new custody arraignment, Staci only gets Hannah one weekend a month. This kind of stinks and means that Staci does not have Hannah for Halloween, despite all the work to make her cool skeleton costume. So my parents decided to take us to the Disneyland trick-or-treating. It happened to be on the weekend we were going to Monterey, so we decided to leave a day late. It was such a fun night, and the girls were smiling from ear to ear the entire time. The kids got TONS of candy and we walked on the rides. It was such a great night. Even Grammy and Papa got in the spirit surprising everyone by showing up in pirate costumes. Once again I felt so fortunate for my family. My parents are incredible and Staci is an amazing Auntie and her fiance Rob is good with the girls. Hannah is such a special young lady and Robbie, well, Robbie is my best friend and love of my life. Then there are Ry, Jake and Lu, how do I put into words how much I love those kids. It was another special night of family. Ry went home with Staci so she could spend the weekend with Hannah and we took the boys home so we could leave for Monterey. Looking forward to this weekend, but I am already missing my girl.
